At our hotel, surrounded by greenery and nature, the little ones can play freely in the open air in the play area with playhouses, slides and swings.

Hotel Park 108 offers a modern and spacious meeting room with 100 seats, perfect for corporate gatherings, business meetings, conferences or presentations. The room is bright, with both natural and artificial light, and is equipped with state-of-the-art technology. Additionally, we provide full support for your events, including staffing and catering services. We also prepare outdoor receptions in the lakefront garden.

We have the privilege of being guests of a wonderful place. That is why we care so much about our land, trying to respect and preserve it. Hotel Park 108 chooses to be sustainable: since 2012 we have an energy efficient photovoltaic system, since 2016 a solar heating system. We also use soap dispensers in our rooms to avoid waste, and there are many projects underway to continue in this direction.

Tourist tax of the municipality of San Giovanni in fiore (CS)

The tax is applied from June 1, 2022;

The tax is paid for each stay in the accommodation facilities located in the territory of the Municipality of San Giovanni in Fiore (CS), up to a maximum of 4 consecutive nights in the calendar year, provided they are enjoyed at the same accommodation facility.

A person who stays in the accommodation facilities in the municipality of San Giovanni in Fiore and is not registered in the Office of Vital Statistics of the same municipality is subject to the tax.
People exempt from paying the tax:

Children under the age of 14 years old;
The elderly over 70 years of age;
University students;
The sick persons who have to undergo medical examinations, treatment or therapy in outpatient clinics;
Those who assist patients hospitalized at health facilities. One accompanying person per patient is allowed (Both patient and accompanying person must declare to the accommodation facility that their stay is for the purpose of health care, indicating the period for treatment or hospitalization, and must do so using the appropriate form prepared by the municipality and provided by the management of the accommodation facility.
Those who volunteer during disasters and those who intervene in humanitarian relief;
Bus drivers and tour leaders who provide assistance to groups organized by travel and tourist agencies. It applies for each bus driver and one tour leader for every 25 persons.
People with disabilities and their respective accompanying persons;
Government and local police forces, firefighters and armed forces.

General Terms and Conditions

HOW DO I BOOK A ROOM?
You can book your vacation by sending your request directly through our website, or by e-mail or contacting us by phone. Reservations will be valid and confirmed upon payment of a deposit of 30% of the total amount of your stay, to be made by bank transfer or by providing credit card details. The remaining amount will be paid at the hotel.

DISCOUNTS AND SURCHARGES
LAKE VIEW ROOMS: 20% surcharge on the rate;
SINGLE ROOM (double for single use) 20% surcharge on the rate;
Infants 0-3 years old: if not sleeping in a bed or crib, they are only charged for meals in the restaurant, or € 15.00 per night for a crib or € 25.00 per night for the extra bed + any meals in the restaurant;
3rd and 4th beds from 4 to 14 years old: 50% discount on adult rates;
Adults occupying 3rd or 4th bed 10% discount on the rates;
The fee includes only what is expressly stated at the time of booking;
The hotel is not responsible for services outside the facility (e.g., bike rental, riding stables...etc.)

Cancellation policy

We consider binding only reservations followed by the payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay. In the case of changes or cancellations up to 7 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will not be lost: instead, it will be converted into a voucher valid for a stay of the same duration to be used within the following 3 months. In the case of cancellations made later (<7 days prior to the arrival date), there will be a cancellation fee equal to the deposit paid. In case of late arrival and/or early departure, all days booked will be charged. Unused services, especially meals not eaten, are non-refundable. Upon payment of the deposit, the general booking conditions and especially the cancellation conditions are deemed to be understood and legally accepted in full.
